We headed down the Newell Highway, the first single lane highway I've seen in NSW that is 110KPH.
We stopped at Parkes to visit the dish and buy some tacky presents. There were two parabolic dishes in the garden facing each other, about 50m apart. If you put your head close to the centre you can hear someone whispering or talking at the other end.
Next we headed through Forbes, Greenfell in the Weddin Shire, we drove past the council building, then Young, Cootamundra and Coolac, where we stopped for fuel. After we paid for the fuel, Chloe pulled in to the bowser behind us. We then drove to Tumut via Gundagai.
